Cassie - King of Hearts

To me, this song is definitely out of the norm for her. Take a stereotypical techno track with great music and throw an obscure female vocal for a complement and here you have “King of Hearts.” Except the female vocal isn’t obscure, it’s Cassie. Although this song is aesthetically pleasing, it was unexpected to me that she decided to take a back seat for this track. Do you like it? -AKN

I think Jyshoun has a unique style. He sings like an r&b singer but his music sounds borderline trance to me. What do you think of the song? -AKN

Cassie - Gimme That

A lot of r&b singers are going techno with their music and Cassie is no different. I like her, don’t get me wrong, but I think her voice is kinda weak for powerhouse tracks like this. The singing part actually reminds me a little of Britney. I don’t know… maybe it’s just me. Check it out -AKN
