Outasight - Let’s Go

I heard Outasight’s music for the first time over the summer; everything about his facade fascinates me. He is “a rapper from Yonkers” according to BoomBox and all the pictures I saw were of him all suited up in a tie. I was baffled. I guess he didn’t quite fit my stereotype for a rapper. But after listening to his songs, I really like his style. I’ve heard others describe his music as “hip pop.” What do you think of it? -AKN

Foster The People - I Would Do Anything For You

Honestly, I don’t know much about this band. I’ve heard songs here and there but not enough to recognize them right off the bat. However, I was at the bar tonight with a girlfriend and the manfriend and they were both raving about how much they love Foster The People. I like what I’ve heard so far and am probably gonna DL their album right after I post this… yup -AKN
