Ok so this is quite f*#@$*# brilliant - Nicki Minaj has just dropped one hell of a banger. “Starships” will serve as the first single off of Nicki’s new album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. The Redone produced track is straight Euro and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been impatiently waiting for her to release something on the level of “Superbass” and she has far exceeded my expectations with this one. This massive tune is 3:38 of pure heaven.

Nicki had this to say about the song:

“I want to start the year off with making people feel good. The [Grammy] performance was the performance, that was my clear craziness, and now it’s time to make people dance and have fun, and that’s all I want to do.”

Welp Nicki, I think you hit that one right on the head - your Grammys performance was beyond strange - but who cares. This girl has a massive hit on her hands - mark my words. Look for Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded to hit stores on April 3rd.
